Purpose and scope

This site exists to give readers in the United Arab Emirates an independent editorial view of Swissquote. The site is published for general information only. We do not process applications, hold client money or act on anyone's behalf. Any decision you make about a broker is yours, and any dealing you have with Swissquote is between you and Swissquote alone.

Eligibility and access

You may use this site if you are at least eighteen years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. The site is written with readers in the United Arab Emirates in mind, but it is not directed at anyone in a place where its content would be unlawful or where our publication would breach local rules. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times or free from error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Access is provided as it stands, and you use it at your own risk.
